1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital services purchased from Owkus Web Solution Private Limited through our website owkus.net. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We strive to deliver high-quality website development and digital marketing services. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, you may request a full refund under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of project delivery.
- The project has been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
- The dissatisfaction is clearly stated, and reasonable grounds are provided.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The refund request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The client has approved and accepted the final deliverables.
- The dissatisfaction is due to changes in client preferences after project completion.
- The work was terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions by the client.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Projects can be canceled before work begins, and a full refund will be issued.
- If work is already in progress, we reserve the right to charge for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Once the final deliverables are handed over, cancellation is no longer possible, but the refund policy above may apply.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
