• All services are one-time purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via credit/debit card.
• Payment terms may be upfront or post-delivery, depending on mutual agreement before the project starts.
• We charge in both INR and USD, as agreed with the client.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the deliverables.
• You are free to use, modify, or transfer the deliverables without restriction.

6. Prohibited Activities

• We will not design, promote, or advertise any content that violates Indian government laws or regulations.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we determine your project involves illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.

7. Refund Policy

• We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the deliverables, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results (e.g., increased sales, improved rankings).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on owkus.net with the revised date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
